Voucher Redemption Rules

Dear Babybox customers,

ours also apply when it comes to vouchers Terms and Conditions. An online voucher will be sent after we have received the payment. You will receive an email containing a PDF file with the voucher.

*Applies to our range of clothing and accessories. Reduced rate products (such as teas and books) are excluded. No cash payment possible. Remaining credit will not be paid out, but credited again. Our vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

The online voucher can be redeemed online and in our store at Fehrbelliner Str. 24, 10119 Berlin.
