With your first order, if the order value is over 100.00 euros, you will automatically receive one of our signature boxes from us.

Exceptions are products on sale. We reserve the following:

  • not to send any signature boxes with any sale goods or discount code campaign

  • choose the size of the signature box so that your order can be shipped as economically as possible.

Yes, in the check-out you will find an additional selection here. When you click gift wrap, our warehouse team knows it's a gift and adds a Signature Box to your order.

Yes, we also sell our boxes individually. If you enter Signature Box in the search bar, you will get to the boxes.

Unfortunately we could not take this option with us to our new warehouse location. However, we are already working on a new solution to use packaging materials more cleverly. stay tuned


Absolutely! One of our most important goals is not only to offer you sustainable clothing, but also to make it available as sustainably as possible.

We ship our goods with DHL GoGreen CO2 Neutral.


Our vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and in our store in Berlin.

Remaining credit on vouchers remains available for the validity period of your voucher. Remaining credit on vouchers cannot be paid out.

If you return a product that was paid for with a voucher, the amount will be automatically credited to your voucher.

Absolutely! In the voucher itself you can choose whether you want to give away an online voucher via PDF or a print voucher.

We accept a return of the goods within 14 days after you have received the goods, provided that all labels are still intact, the goods are unworn and unwashed. For hygienic reasons, teas, vouchers, dietary supplements, care products and ours are exempt from this regulation

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After the return has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus EUR 7.99 for the return shipping) - according to the payment method you have chosen and provided you send the return with a return label provided by us. Processing and refunds may take up to 7 business days. Check out our cancellation policy for more information.

We do not cover the shipping costs for returns. We charge the standard rate of 4.50 euros, which our returns partner DHL charges us for all returns.

In any case! In the case of a return, we throw away the Signature Box, as it often arrives damaged due to repeated transport, so you are doing us a favor if you keep the box.
