With the Print Voucher option, you will receive a handwritten voucher from us, which we will send to you or the recipient by mail. You will also receive a digital version of the voucher in parallel. For this, we charge an additional 3.00 euros in the checkout. If you do not wish to receive the physical voucher, the Digital Voucher is the better option.

*No cash payment possible. Remaining balances will not be paid out in cash but credited again. Our vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

We accept returns of goods within 14 days after you have received them, provided all labels are still fully intact, the goods are unworn and unwashed.

Once the goods have arrived and been checked by us, we will refund your money within 5 working days using the original payment method you chose.
