We take care of everything: just tell us your budget, preferred colors, the birth date, and whether it’s for one or more babies. We handle the rest – quickly, effortlessly, and with great attention to detail.

Here’s How It Works:

Provide us with your budget, the date you want the gift delivered, and share any special wishes or notes you’d like us to consider.
We will lovingly assemble a baby box, taking all your wishes into account, and personally contact you to finalize the details.
You’ll receive a photo of the completed box along with the invoice.
Once payment is received, we ship the gift directly to the parents or any address of your choice – including a handwritten card with your personal message.

We accept returns of goods within 30 days after you have received them, provided all labels are still fully intact, the goods are unworn and unwashed.

Once the goods have arrived and been checked by us, we will refund your money within 5 working days using the original payment method you chose.

After receiving your order, the average delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days within Germany and about 5-7 business days within Europe.

We are working diligently and with great care to ensure that your Babybox arrives as quickly as possible.

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders with a minimum value of 75€. If your order does not reach this amount, we charge a shipping fee of 4.50€ within Germany.

Can I still make changes to your suggestions?

Yes, we will send you a selection of one or two ideas in advance that match your details and budget. You can give us feedback on this, and if necessary, we will send you another proposal.

Can you also send the gift directly to the recipient?

That's no problem at all! In your request, you specify which delivery address we should use. We will send the gift box to your desired address.

Do you also include a greeting card?

Yes, if you provide us with your desired text, the recipient will receive a card handwritten by us with your chosen words. Just as if you had written it yourself.

Will I also receive the premium box?

Yes, depending on the size of your gift, you will receive a Babybox Signature gift box as well. We will choose the color based on the quantity or the space required.
