After many years in senior management positions within an international corporation, she founded the company with a clear vision: to make high-quality, sustainable, and meaningful baby essentials accessible to parents – beautiful, functional, and responsibly made.

As the Mother of Business & Fashion, Marina combines strategic thinking with a refined sense of design and quality. She shapes the brand’s identity, oversees its continuous development, and curates the Babybox Collection – a line that perfectly unites style, sustainability, and functionality.

As a mother of two sons, Noah and Liam, she understands the needs of modern families firsthand. But her approach goes far beyond aesthetics – she thinks holistically, from the source of each material to the finished piece on the shelf.

Sissi – Co-Founder & Mother of Care & Fashion

Sissi is not only a devoted mother of four but also a passionate midwife with many years of experience. Through her work, she knows exactly what newborns need – from the right materials for delicate baby skin to the perfect fit that keeps little ones comfortable and safe.

Supporting “her” women has always been close to her heart, far beyond pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. At Babybox & Family, Sissi advises parents with empathy and attention to detail when it comes to choosing the perfect essentials for their baby’s first months.

As the Mother of Care & Fashion, Sissi brings her deep professional expertise into the product selection process. Every piece is carefully reviewed by her to ensure it’s not only beautiful but also practical, gentle on the skin, and designed to last.
