14-day right of return

We accept a return of the goods within 14 days after you have received the goods, provided that all labels are still intact, the goods are unworn and unwashed. Exceptions to this rule are teas, vouchers, care products and our Babybox Signature boxes. We cannot take back these products.

You can also easily exchange the goods in our flagship store in Berlin.
