Folic acid supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and plays a key role in cell division – essential for early neural development.
→ We use Quatrefolic®, a fourth-generation, bioactive & patented form of folate. -
Vitamin B12:
Contributes to normal nervous system function, red blood cell formation, and cell division – especially important during rapid growth phases. -
Biotin:
Supports normal energy metabolism and helps maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes – which may change during pregnancy. -
Iron:
Your iron needs increase during pregnancy due to blood volume expansion. Iron supports the formation of red blood cells and helps reduce fatigue. -
Omega-3 (DHA + EPA) from microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.):
DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the fetus (from 250 mg DHA daily in combination with EPA).
