Manche erleben aber auch das Gegenteil: Scheidentrockenheit. Ursache sind hormonelle Schwankungen, die den pH-Wert der Scheide beeinflussen. Ist das Gleichgewicht gestört, fehlt Feuchtigkeit oder es kommt zu Infektionen. Normal sind klarer, weißlicher Ausfluss ohne Geruch. Ungewöhnliche Farbe, Juckreiz, Brennen oder Blutungen solltest du dagegen immer ärztlich abklären. Tipp: Atmungsaktive Baumwollunterwäsche, lauwarmes Wasser zur Reinigung und ärztlich empfohlene Feuchtigkeitsprodukte können helfen, das Wohlbefinden zu steigern.
