Usage: Dietary supplement. Take 2 capsules per day with a meal and plenty of water.

Ingredients: Ingredients in a vegan capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose): 2 capsules contain: 80 mg Vitamin C (from acerola extract 472 mg), Lactoferrin (101 mg), 14 mg iron as iron bisglycinate. 2 capsules cover 100% of the daily iron requirement.
