Iron Bisglycinate
No stomach ache, no constipation: We use the very best iron bisglycinate for our iron. Iron is bound to the smallest amino acid, glycine. The advantage here is that the body absorbs iron via the amino acid transporter. On the one hand, this eliminates interactions with other trace elements and metals (e.g. magnesium, if you take some), and on the other hand, tolerability is significantly increased. Due to the high bioavailability, you need significantly less iron overall, which is also much more tolerable at the same time.
lactoferrin
Lactoferrin is a protein obtained from milk or whey. It is a natural component of mammalian milk and is found in high amounts in breast milk. Even in small amounts, lactoferrin has a strong biological effect and has proven to be an ideal iron transporter - the unique effectiveness of lactoferrin has been proven in many studies.
