Usage: Apply several times a day after breastfeeding. Cream residue can remain on the skin.

Carry the dispenser for about half an hour or even better for a longer period at body temperature (e.g., in your pocket) so that the Nipple Balm becomes warm and softer. Then, with some patience, you will need to pump it a few times, but only the first time you use it!
