

Of course, the classic milk-forming tea in the series should not be missing either: In MILCHMÄDCHEN, ingredients that have been known to produce milk have traditionally been combined for thousands of years to create a particularly delicious kind of breastfeeding tea. Good milk production requires rest, good food and a lot of intensive cuddling with the baby with lots and lots of latching. As a supplementary measure, this tea helps wonderfully! The content of essential oils (and thus their effectiveness) can be increased even further by gently breaking up the closed fruits of fennel and aniseed (e.g. in a mortar).
Application: Pour 2 teaspoons of herbs into a large mug of boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy 2-3 cups daily.
