Fennel & Anise: Known for their milk-boosting properties and rich in essential oils. For optimal results, you can lightly crush the fruits to enhance their content and effectiveness.

It's well known that good milk production requires rest, nourishing nutrition, and cuddling with your baby. Our tea is the perfect complement to that. Enjoy the special moments of breastfeeding with the natural support of Milchmädchen.

Usage: Pour 2 teaspoons of herbs over a large cup of boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes. Enjoy 2-3 cups daily.
