The Mama-Multi is a multivitamin and trace element preparation that serves as a daily basic supply in these special phases of life and is optimally tailored to the time when you want to have children, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Important cornerstones of this preparation are:

• A good and, above all, safe dose of "real vitamin A", which, unlike ß-carotene, does not have to be laboriously converted.
• An extra portion of vitamin E, which almost doubles the daily requirement.
• We use vitamin K2-MK7, which guarantees the best vitamin K supply.
• All B vitamins are particularly high, but safe and adequately dosed. If possible, we use the already "activated" and particularly bioavailable phosphate form of the respective vitamin.
• Both folic acid (400 mcg = 200% NRV) and vitamin B12 (12 mcg = 480% NRV) are in the best vitamin forms and are dosed extra high.
• Selenium (50 mcg = 91% NRV) and iodine (150 mcg = 100% NRV) fully utilize the recommendations of the Federal Office for Risk Assessment to ensure the best possible care.
• We do without iron in the preparation to avoid oxidative stress in the body - wait for it, of course we have other product ideas that will follow soon;
• In order to avoid nausea, we only use relatively small amounts of copper, which already make a significant contribution to the supply.

The micronutrient doses contained in the product are based on the scientific publications of the EFSA and the Federal Office for Risk Assessment - the product itself was checked by an independent expert for legal conformity.
