Magnesium is essential during pregnancy. The need for this essential mineral increases significantly during this special phase of life. Our MAMA MIX MAGNESIUM capsules are specially developed for expectant mothers and combine four highly bioavailable forms of magnesium with bioactive vitamin B6. Why is that important? Magnesium is central to energy metabolism and supports the production of ATP, our main source of energy. It has a positive effect on the nervous system, promotes restful sleep and reduces symptoms of fatigue. Magnesium is also crucial for muscle health. The additional advantage: Our complex of four forms of magnesium is particularly well tolerated and bioavailable to ensure the best possible support during pregnancy.

Application: Take 2-4 capsules daily with plenty of liquid spread over the second half of the day.
