Unsere Empfehlung, immer die Pflegeanleitung in den jeweiligen Kleidungsstücken zu lesen, die spezielle Zusammensetzung des Herstellers sowie die Herkunft der Materialien erfordern oftmals eine individuelle Pflege.
Baumwolle ist weich und angenehm für die Haut. Sie ist strapazierfähig und pflegeleicht. Hohe Temperaturen und die mechanische Belastung durch die Waschmaschine können Baumwolle nichts anhaben. Jedoch kann falsche Pflege den robusten Baumwollfasern schaden. Denn Baumwolle darf nicht automatisch bei hohen Temperaturen gewaschen werden. Bitte haltet Euch hier immer an die jeweiligen Empfehlungen im Pflegeetikett. Jedes Kleidungsstück verhält sich anders, deshalb raten wir Euch die Wäsche zu sortieren, weisse Baumwollartikel wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Socken vertragen bis zu 90 Grad Celsius im Normalwaschgang der Waschmaschine. Kleidungsstücke wie Jeans, Tops und Shirts solltet Ihr nicht heißer als 40 Grad waschen. Häufig besteht Kleidung nicht aus 100 % Baumwolle, sondern ist gemischt mit anderen Materialien wie Elasthan. Bauwollmix-Gewebe solltet Ihr stets bei geringer Temperatur waschen.
