Cashmere retains heat up to 6 times better than wool. The fiber has very good thermal insulation and is ideal for bitterly cold days in winter. In contrast to sheep's wool, cashmere is very fine, does not scratch and nestles against the skin.

Unsere Empfehlung, immer die Pflegeanleitung in den jeweiligen Kleidungsstücken zu lesen, die spezielle Zusammensetzung des Herstellers sowie die Herkunft der Materialien erfordern oftmals eine individuelle Pflege.
Eine Waschmaschine ermöglicht mit einem Wollwaschprogramm eine schonende Kaschmir-Wäsche. Drehe das Kleidungsstück auf links und befülle die Trommel nur halb. Die Waschtemperatur bestimmt das Etikett, im Zweifelsfall sollte sie 30 Grad nicht übersteigen. Lieber ein Kurzprogramm wählen, als den feinen Stoff lange durchwalken zu lassen. Vorsicht bei der Drehzahl im Schleudergang: Mutet den Kleidungsstücken nicht mehr als 600 Umdrehungen pro Minute zu. Ihr solltet auch hier ein biologisches Woll- oder Kaschmirwaschmittel benutzen und die Kaschmirkleidung liegend trocknen.
