On a part-time or full-time basis

Help us to create a unique shopping experience for our customers by advising on our products and our philosophy. The advice mainly takes place in the store, but also partly via e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone/FaceTime. You will also support us with administrative activities in the back office. As a sales talent with great empathy, you advise our customers confidently and with great pleasure. In addition, you always have an eye on the proper presentation of our goods and have fun decorating the shop floor.

WORKING HOURS Tuesday to Friday, Saturdays every two weeks

  • Teilzeit - 10 Stunden pro Woche
  • Arbeitszeiten: Montag - Donnerstag (Vormittags 10:00 – 14:00 Uhr)
  • Standort: Berlin - Fehrbelliner Str. 24

Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung, Verpackung und Versand von Online Bestellungen oder Warentransfers
  • Lagerverwaltung (Inventurzählung, System-Updates/Korrekturen, Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle, Lagerung der Ware und Etikettierung)
  • Organisation der Strickaufträge und Kommunikation mit unseren Strickerinnen
  • Unterstützung der angrenzenden Fachbereiche Social Media & E-Commerce

Anforderungen:

  • Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und liebst es, sie zu beraten.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel sind ein Plus
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich) und beherrschst Englisch in Wort udn Schrift.
  • Du bist vertraut mit Microsoft Office Programmen und der Umgang mit IT-Equipment fällt dir leicht.
